SANTOS AUGUSTA
The Santos Augusta Building is a landmark of contemporary architecture in downtown São Paulo, located at the intersection of Alameda Santos and Rua Augusta, next to Avenida Paulista. Designed by the renowned architect Isay Weinfeld—one of the most prestigious names in contemporary Brazilian architecture—and built by BN Engenharia, a company recognized for high-complexity and high-aesthetic projects, its bold structure stands out for its distinct volumetry and seamless integration with the urban environment.
On a site measuring 1,996 m² and totaling 19,000 m² of constructed area, Di Mármore executed the cladding in all areas of the building, including the façade coated with Absolute Gray Basalt, which extends to the ceiling panels and raised floors. The architectural design is defined by four stacked volumes, each with unique dimensions, textures, and alignments.
